What is your biggest accomplishment in your sports?
Earning a full ride scholarship to The Ohio State University for volleyball.
What one or two things do you currently do in your training that are keys to your success?
I don’t over train. I listen to my body and I try to to pay attention to what everyone else is doing.
What would be your ultimate achievement?
Raising my children to be happy, loving, optimistic adults. And a very far second would be winning the Crossfit games as a 35 year old master.
How do you set your goals?
I figure out if they are attainable with my life. They need to be realistic without taking away from the overall balance of my life and responsibilities.
What is your diet like?
I eat clean but allow myself to live.

The bottom is over crowded so reach for the top - my dad.
