What one or two things do you currently do in your training that are keys to your success?
Keys to success in training has always been training with people better than me, having someone to chase. Having a lot of fun and creating a great training environment.
What would be your ultimate achievement?
Winning the CrossFit Games.
How do you set your goals?
My first year at the CrossFit games I didn't really set any expectations. As the weekend went on and I held the lead for a period of time, expectations started to change.
What is your biggest challenge, and what do you do to manage this challenge?
I've realized that my biggest challenge has been between the ears and I'm working on becoming more headstrong.

Do you have any recommended resources to share (books, seminars, websites, coaches)?
I love reading in general. Fiction helps me clear my mind of the day to day grind. As for educational inspirational material, the Training Think Tank blog is dripping with useful info!

Being the underdog has always helped me strive to get better. Working hard, having fun, thriving off how that's gotten me small success.

Best advice came on a paper taped to the wall in Peak that I saw my first week, "nothing replaces hard work."
Do you have a saying or motto that you live your life by?
Reference above for motto.
Where do you draw your inspiration from?
I've never had a sport hero or inspiration aside from my dad until I met Guido Trinidad and as of late, I've admired qualities of greatness from both Steph Curry and Connor McGregor.
